Tools & Stack

I don’t just plan marketing, I build the systems that run it. Here’s what’s actually powering the work: the platforms I build on, the automation running in the background, and the AI tooling I use for content and research.

Marketing & Web

WordPress is home base, usually built on Divi or Elementor depending on the client and the build. I manage infrastructure across multiple domains and subdomains, handle DNS and routing through Cloudflare, and build out SEO and content structure from the ground up rather than bolting it on after the fact.

Automation

Most of the repetitive work in this business runs through n8n, self-hosted on a TrueNAS SCALE box. Client onboarding, reporting, content pipelines, if it happens more than once, it’s usually automated by now. Built for repeatability across clients, not one-off scripts that break the second something changes.

AI & Content Tooling

I run local LLM inference for work that needs to stay off third-party servers, and I use Claude Code in Docker alongside the Anthropic API for content production and technical work. Most of my clients are in regulated industries, addiction treatment, behavioral health, medical aesthetics, so compliance-aware workflows aren’t an afterthought. They’re built into how I use these tools from the start.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare handles DNS, tunnels, and Zero Trust access across the domains I manage. Everything runs through TrueNAS SCALE at the core, self-hosted, backed up, and built to survive a single point of failure taking down a client’s site.

If you’re evaluating a marketing agency and want to know whether the person behind it actually understands the infrastructure and not just the campaigns, this is that answer.
